Refund policy
This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
1. Internet Services
Due to the nature of digital and service-based products, all internet packages are non-refundable once activated. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the service begins upon activation.
2. Cooling-Off Period
Where applicable, customers may cancel within 5 business days of purchase only if the service has not yet been activated, in line with CPA provisions.
3. Hardware & Devices
- Customers may return unused hardware within 7 days, subject to inspection.
- Faulty goods will be handled in accordance with the CPA, which allows for repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of purchase.
4. Failed Service Delivery
If Zub Connect is unable to provide service due to confirmed coverage limitations, customers will be eligible for a full refund.
5. Payments & Billing Errors
Any duplicate or incorrect charges will be refunded after verification.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested before activation or dispatch. Once the service is active, it is deemed delivered.
